The ZGJ series vacuum induction melting and pouring furnace is a modern electric heating equipment that uses the principle of medium frequency induction heating to melt metal under vacuum conditions. There is a spiral tube induction coil built into the furnace body. When the induction coil is connected to an intermediate frequency current, an alternating magnetic field is generated. The metal charge induces an electric potential under the action of the magnetic field and generates a ring current. Due to the skin effect, the metal charge The outer layer has a high current density, which produces a concentrated and powerful thermal effect, heating the metal charge until it melts, and then precision casting the ingot.
Its advantage is that it uses electromagnetic induction to generate eddy current heat in the metal material in a vacuum environment to melt it, and then generates an alloy with precisely controlled composition through electromagnetic mixing. During the smelting process, physical and chemical reactions such as vacuum air (O, N, H), volatilization, decomposition and flotation of harmful elements with low melting points occur.
